AVVKu Explosion-Proof Cable Glands for Armoured Cables with Sealing Rings

AVVKu explosion-proof cable glands are intended for the entry of armoured cables into the enclosures of explosion-proof electrical devices, for indoor or outdoor installation, as well as on offshore platforms and port terminals, in hazardous areas with explosive atmospheres or combustible dust.

 Х1 – entering cable type: non-armoured (default, no marking), "А" – armoured

VVK – product designation: "VVK" – explosion-proof cable glands;

Х2 – design of the gland sealing ring (u – set of O-rings);

Х3 – gland material: nickel-plated brass (default, no marking), N – stainless steel, L – bare brass, S – steel, SO – galvanized steel, A – aluminium. Similar materials may also be used;

Х4 – cable gland size;

Х5 – entry thread (metric thread M is indicated by default);
