TVVKm explosion-proof cable glands with swivel ends are intended for the entry of cables in conduit connection with additional clamping in the enclosures of explosion-proof electrical equipment installed indoors or outdoors, as well as on offshore platforms and port terminals, in hazardous areas with explosive atmospheres or combustible dust.

X1 – entering cable type (in conduit connection by default (T));
VVK – product designation: "VVK" – explosion-proof cable glands;
X2 – type of cable gland sealing ring (m – one special elastic ring suitable for the entire cable diameter range)
X3 – gland material: nickel-plated brass (default, no marking), N – stainless steel, L – bare brass, S – steel, SO – galvanized steel, A – aluminium. Similar materials may also be used;
X4 – cable gland size;
X5 – entry thread (metric thread M is indicated by default);
X6 – swivel nut type.
